Barriers of a Girl.

               

      Why is it a sin if she’s born?

Or sometimes in the womb she’s torn.

Why is she considered impure?

When to every problem she has a cure.

She wants to live and open her feathers,

Don’t compare her with her brothers.

Let her summit the mountains,

Help her rise from the plains.

To another home she is sent away,

At the time when she has to run and play.

She has the right to live,

Best of everything you must give.

Don’t set so many boundaries for her,

Let her be free and enjoy the sky breeze.

Girls are the spirit of our nation,

Save them from exploitation.
